Every year, the region's CRE professionals meet on the court at the CREDA Deal or No Dill Pickleball Tournament — one of the chapter's signature events.
The appeal is simple: members and guests make the introductions, referrals and partnerships that shape projects across the Greater Jacksonville market. It's competitive, fun and unmistakably good for business whether you are playing or spectating.
Behind the fun Friday is months of work by the chapter's volunteer Pickleball Committee, and the event's polish comes directly from their planning. Sponsorship is the engine: the committee designs and sells a tiered program from title sponsor down to cooler, court and prize sponsorships. On venue, the committee selects and secures the courts, negotiates rates, and builds in contingencies for weather so the day stays on schedule. Food and beverage is coordinated end to end with The Yards with a bar, on-court coolers, and lunch under the tent. And the coordination tying it all together is considerable: player/team registration, scoring and contest management, player gifts, volunteer roles, a day-of run of show. It's a lot of moving parts, delivered by Developing Leaders who give their time because an organized and fun tournament reflects the caliber of the chapter itself.
